They are offering this fantastic opportunity for a Production Team Leader to join their progressive and forward–thinking company whose mission is to be a leader in their industry.
Role
Due to continued expansion and growth our client is recruiting for a Production Team Leader who can work within a varied manufacturing environment.
Job Description
You will manage and coach your Production team to ensure that they are delivering against targets. Responsible for completing all standards and downtime paperwork. Enforce and maintain all health and safety standards. Candidates should be able to work within a fast–paced production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a Production Team leader that is ambitious and wanting to progress their career in a company who are growing year on year, with plans already in place to grow their existing site
