Description

Our client, a leading organisation within their field, is seeking a motivated and organised Production Team Leader to join their growing operation in Littlehampton. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong people management skills and a proactive approach to take on a rewarding leadership position within a reputable business.

The ideal candidate will be confident in supervising daily operations, supporting a high-performing team, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

What’s on Offer

Job type: Full-time, permanent

Location: Littlehampton

Salary: £35,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support a team to ensure smooth daily operations and delivery of business objectives.

Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Oversee planning, scheduling, and workflow to maintain efficiency and productivity.

Encourage engagement and development across the team, ensuring training and performance objectives are met.

Support problem-solving initiatives and drive process improvements.

Maintain accurate records, reports, and performance metrics.

Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements

Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader position within manufacturing.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Proven ability to manage workloads, motivate teams, and deliver results.

Sound understanding of operational processes and performance management.

Proficiency with IT systems including Microsoft Office or similar software.

A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and commitment to best practice.
