Production Team Leader

My client, a food production company in the Evesham area is looking to recruit a Production Team Leader on a Permanent basis. This company use Multipond machines so it is essential you have previous working with these machines. This position will require you to work on 5 days out of 7 with the usual start time of 0700 As part of the leadership team you will offer strong communication skills and a desire to ensure your team is performing t its maximum capabilities The main responsibilities associated with the role include – lead and motivate your team on a daily basis – Ensure the highest working stands are met at al times – Ensure Production targets are met – Ensure Health and Safety is adhered to at all times – Report any maintenance or production issues in accordance with company procedures – Have a flexible approach to meet company needs during busy periods As a suitable candidate you will offer the following – Previous experience as a Team Leader in a busy production environment, ideally within Food industry – Previous working experience with Multipond machines – Good knowledge of Health and Safety – Positive attitude and a desire to create a good working environment for your team – ability to work flexibly to ensure production targets are met The salary on offer is circa 29,500, dependent on relevant experience Keywords Team Leader, Supervisor, Food, Food Hygiene,
