Working within the Power Press department, you ll play a key role in setting and operating the machines. With the right drive and ambition, this position even offers the potential to grow into departmental leadership over time!

As a Production Press Setter, you will:

Set, operate, and adjust a range of production machinery, including rotary table systems and power presses. Take ownership of machine performance, ensuring output meets quality and safety standards. Use your mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and resolve issues methodically. Work independently while contributing positively to a close–knit production team. Support continuous improvement and embrace new skills. Demonstrate flexibility, taking on both setting and operating duties as required. To be considered, you should have:

Strong mechanical aptitude and hands–on experience with production machinery. A problem–solving mindset and confidence working without constant supervision. Experience with resistance welding or automated welding stations (advantageous, not essential). Exposure to stamping/forming tool setup (desirable). A willingness to learn and continuously develop your technical skillset. A proactive, team–focused approach. What you ll get in return:
