We have a fantastic permanent opportunity for a Working Engineering Supervisor to join our team and oversee our prestigious Derby College contract. The engineer will required to complete A/C across all sites.

This is a key role where you'll be the technical lead on-site, managing a skilled team and ensuring both planned and reactive works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supervising and supporting a team of multi-skilled engineers and subcontractorsActing as the main point of contact for the client, resolving technical queries and performance issuesEnsuring all PPM and reactive maintenance tasks are completed to contract requirementsConducting site inspections and maintaining compliance documentationManaging work instructions, job variations, and ensuring timely, high-quality task completionTaking responsibility for H&S compliance, team training, discipline, and performanceMonitoring and controlling costs, materials, and equipment allocationAC engineer to complete PPM/Reactive requirementsWhat You'll Need:
