Trainee Insolvency Administrator

Leeds, LS25 – 4 days in the office, optional WFH Fridays

The Role

This is the perfect entry-level position for someone who is organised, enthusiastic and ready to learn. You’ll receive full training and support while assisting the Insolvency Manager and Director with a range of administrative tasks and case work.

What you’ll be doing:

Helping to progress insolvency cases from start to finish Supporting with statutory reporting and documentation Reviewing information and helping the team ensure compliance Updating and maintaining case records using the Insolvency Practitioners System (training provided) Liaising with internal teams, creditors, directors and professionals Assisting with reviewing financial records such as profit and loss statements and balance sheetsWho They’re Looking For

You don’t need experience in insolvency - just the right attitude and willingness to learn. About you:

Be a school leaver or early-career candidate looking for your first professional role Confident using a computer (MS Office, email, etc.) Have great communication skills and enjoy working with people Be organised, reliable and keen to build new skills Work well as part of a team and ask questions when unsure Have an interest in business, finance or law (advantageous but not essential)Full training will be provided, and there is real opportunity to progress, including professional development such as the CPI qualification in the future.
