Temporary Packer
Location: Cornwall
Pay: 12.75 per hour
Hours: 4:00am – 2:00pm
Duration: Temporary (Initial 2–week assignment)
Start Date: ASAP
The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Packer to join a busy food production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual who is available for an immediate start.
The role involves packing and potting crab meat into containers while maintaining high food hygiene and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Potting and packing crab meat into retail packagingFollowing food hygiene and health & safety proceduresMaintaining cleanliness within the production areaWorking efficiently to meet production targetsSupporting the wider production team as requiredEnsuring products are packed accurately and to the required standardRequirements
Previous food packing, food preparation, production, or manufacturing experience preferredGood understanding of food hygiene standardsPhysically fit and comfortable being on your feet throughout the shiftComfortable lifting and carrying crates weighing up to 15kgReliable with excellent timekeepingGood command of English and able to follow instructionsAvailable to start immediatelyAdditional Information
