Description
Stafforce have an exciting opportunity for experienced Production Operators working for a top performing surface technology company in Swindon.
About the Role
You will be working in a busy production environment on the preparation of components prior to coatingEnsuring standard operating procedures and job safety analysis are adhered to at all timesFinishing the components post coating using finishing processesCleaning and maintaining work are and equipmentPay: Starting 12.98 per hour, plus shift allowance
Shift Schedule:
First 4 weeks: 08:00 to 16:00After 4 weeks: Alternating weekly shifts: Week 1: 06:00 to 14:00Week 2: 14:00 to 22:00Job Type: Full–time, Temp–to–Perm
About You
Machining operations or manufacturing experience is requiredHave good practical skills and the ability to work quickly and methodicallyBe able to demonstrable ability to deliver responsibilities in line with safety, quality and productivityHave good strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levelsWhat's in it for you
