Job Details:
Pay: GBP12.87 GBP13.68 per hour (pay review after 12 weeks)Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 6:00am 2:00pm / Monday to Friday 2:00pm 10:00pm / Sunday to Thursday 10:00pm 6:00amDuration: Temp to PermBenefits: Weekly pay, opportunity for permanent employment, structured shift pattern Job Role: The Production Operative will be responsible for operating automated extrusion machinery within a busy manufacturing environment. The role involves setting up equipment, monitoring production processes, and ensuring finished products meet quality standards. The Production Operative will carry out routine checks, inspect finished products, and complete general production duties while maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
Previous experience working as a Production Operative or in a similar manufacturing roleAbility to operate machinery and follow production proceduresStrong attention to detail when inspecting finished products Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
FLT Counterbalance licenceExperience working with plastic extrusion processesPrevious experience working as a Production Operative in a plastics manufacturing environment Additional Information
The successful Production Operative will work within a rotating shift patternTemporary to permanent opportunity based on performanceImmediate starts may be available for suitable Production Operative candidates Commutable From: Bodelwyddan, Rhyl, Kinmel Bay, Prestatyn, Denbigh
