Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Marlow
Salary: £13.31 per hour
Hours: Monday-Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm, Friday: Finish at lunch – 39 hours per week
About the role as a production operative:
We’re currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy and well-established manufacturing company based in Marlow. This hands-on role involves working with small components in a fast-paced production environment, where attention to detail is key. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work and is looking to join a supportive team. This role also has opportunities for overtime.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out general production and assembly work
Operate machinery to smooth and finish metal components
Perform delicate bench work with care and accuracy
Follow work instructions and maintain quality standards
Support team production goals and ensure efficient workflow
What we are looking for:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to follow work instructions
