Job Title: Food Production Operative

Location: Wigan WN3

Shifts: Various AM shifts between 6am–4pm, various PM shifts between 2pm–00.30am

Pay Rate: GBP12.21

Full time positions available with an immediate start, this is a temp to perm role & full training will be provided

Please note this role involves working in a chilled environment and may involve handling food including meats & vegetables

Shifts Available (Monday–Friday):

5:50am 2pm (30 min felxibility on finish time)

6:50am 3pm (30 min felxibility on finish time)

12:50pm 10pm (30 min felxibility on finish time)

2.30pm 10:30pm (30 min felxibility on finish time)

3.30pm 11:30pm (30 min felxibility on finish time)

The Role & Responsibilities;

The role will include carrying out various production operative tasks such as:

– Placing products into sleeves

– Weighing ingredients

– Quality checking

– Metal detection

– Completion of paperwork

– Labelling

– Packing

– Following factory health & safety guidelines

The Successful Candidate;

The successful candidate will be reliable, punctual and hard working. This is a long term opportunity in a role offering great job security as part of a stable team. Previous production operative or packing experience would be essential.
