Stafforce are recruiting for Factory Operative's to join our market leading Soup Manufacturing client based on the Europarc, Grimsby. STARTING SEPTEMBER 2025

This is a great opportunity offering ongoing training and development into Skilled roles, and real temp to perm opportunities.

The site is accessible via public transport and has on–site parking available.

No experience is necessary as full training will be provided. However, if you have experience as a Soup Filler, Quality Auditor, Food Factory Operative, Production Operative, Sauce Cook or Hygiene Operative – we want to hear from you!

SHIFTS AVAILABLE:

All roles are on a 3 Rotational shift pattern .

You will work;

One week on 6–2pm Monday to FridayOne week on 10pm–6am Sunday to ThursdayOne week on 2–10pm Monday to Friday.PAY RATES

Starting rate of 12.21 up to 14.31 per hour depending on job roleOther skilled roles and rates are available. Please ask for more information.All hours worked between 10pm–6am will be paid with additional 1.40p/h premium.Overtime is paid at a premium rate after completion of 37.5 hours per week.The Job role:

Work on factory production lines with a team to meet targetsEnsure you follow all health and safety guidelinesMaintain a high level of hygiene and follow food hygiene guidelinesEnsure top level quality of productsTraining will be offered for Soup Cook, Prep Ops and Fillers to the right candidates.
