Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a diligent and skilled Manufacturing Operative to join our dynamic production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for manufacturing products to specified quality standards, utilizing various area equipment across multiple departments including Metallic s, Cleanroom, Ink Jet, Mold Shop, and Stores. Adherence to all company policies and Health and Safety protocols is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and set machinery to ensure products meet company quality requirements.Work closely with Senior Operators and team members to maintain smooth production flow.Use measuring equipment to verify product conformity.Assemble products accurately and efficiently.Maintain a positive, methodical approach to all manufacturing tasks.Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to undertake training as required.Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the work area.Follow all Health and Safety regulations strictly.Contribute positively within a team environment while also working independently when needed. Essential Qualifications:

GCSEs grade C or above, demonstrating good numeracy and literacy skills. Desirable Qualifications:

A Levels or equivalent higher education qualifications.Mechanical Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent. Skills & Knowledge:

Strong understanding of mechanical and assembly processes.Quality–driven with attention to detail.Ability to follow procedural controls in a manufacturing setting.Problem–solving skills to identify and escalate issues promptly.Good literacy and numeracy.Knowledge of Health and Safety standards in manufacturing.Good manual dexterity. Salary

You will be working a 39 hours a week on GBP13.49 per hour. Training will be given on products and processes.

The company is looking for a person that can work on days. Monday to Thursday, 7:30am 4:30pm, and half–day Fridays.
