Production Operative (Tues-Sat)

Talent Guardian are delighted to announce that our valued client based in Farnborough, Hampshire is looking for a Production Operative on a temp-perm basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate production machinery and equipment efficiently and safely.

Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.

Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Contribute innovative ideas to improve production processes and product design. Requirements:

Previous experience in a production environment is preferred but not essential.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and quality.

Creativity and willingness to suggest and implement new ideas.

Physical capability to perform manual tasks and lift up to 50 lbs. Additional Information:

£12.21 per hour

Tues-Sat shift rotation

8:30am - 5:30pm hours
