The Role

An opportunity has arisen at Northampton to join the Production Team as an Operative. We are looking for a highly motivated, focused and driven individual who can demonstrate a positive can–do attitude together with excellent organisation skills. It is expected that the successful applicant will be a strong communicator with ability to support a continuous drive for increased production output and reduced wastage.

Previous experience within a manufacturing process operation is preferred, but full training will be provided. It is expected that Production Operators will be able to train in multiple areas providing a multi skilled and flexible team.

The key responsibilities will include:

Operate the designated machine in line with its technical requirements Ensure health and safety best practices are being followed Continuously focus on quality Control and monitoring of machines Monitoring cleanliness of working area General manual handling Basic computer tasks The ideal candidate will be:

Able to prioritise workload to achieve deadlines A good team player able to work as part of a crew and on their own Self–motivated Have good attention to detail Good communication skills What We Offer
