Production Line Leader

Description

Adecco are recruiting for a Production Line Leader to join our client in Arbroath on a permanent basis.

Your role will be to assist in the efficient and effective operation of the packing lines to ensure delivery of product, on time, to specification. You will report to the Supervisor, and work closely with the Maintenance, Manufacturing and Dispatch Supervisor.

Your Responsibilities

Follow all safety standards to protect yourself, your team, and our customersSupport departmental goals while maintaining safety and qualityEnsure product quality and hygiene meet agreed specificationsReport equipment damage, downtime, and staff issues to the SupervisorSet up packing lines efficiently to minimise downtimeMaintain cleanliness through "clean as you go" practicesEnsure staff are trained and competent in tasks like sleeving, packing, and pallet buildingUse electronic systems to log hold items and non–conforming productsIdentify training needs before starting new tasksReport any unsafe practices or proceduresReport any working relationship issues promptly to your SupervisorLiaise with colleagues to meet production targets

What We're Looking For

Experience in a packing or food production environment (preferred but not essential)Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and qualityGood communication skills and a positive team attitudeAbility to work in a fast–paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesGet in touch today for a confidential chat
