Production Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail–oriented Production Assistant to join our client's team in Milton Keynes.

This role operates on a rotating shift pattern, and candidates must be available to work both of the following shifts:

5:30am to 1:30pm1:00pm to 9:00pmThis is a temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent after 3 months.

Responsibilities

Receive, unpack, and inspect customer parts.Prepare components for surface coating.Load batches safely for the coating process.Identify and report any damage or discrepancies to supervisors.Store components and documentation safely and securely.Comply with all health and safety, quality, and operational procedures.Requirements

Ability to follow instructions accurately.Careful handling of materials and products.Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.Excellent attention to detail.Good IT skills.Strong communication skills.Reliable and dependable with a positive attitude.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a well–established manufacturing environment, with the potential for a permanent position following a successful temporary period.
