You'll play a pivotal role in turning kitchen ideas into commercial reality. You'll assist on technical product development, guiding new creations from concept to launch.
This food manufacturer has a wide range of customers including major retailers, high-end restaurants and other manufacturers. Giving you a chance to work with some of the biggest names in the industry!
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development of new products from concept to launch
Ensure all work meets both internal and customer standards for quality and safety
Plan, schedule, and oversee production line trials and evaluations, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively
Host and facilitate customer visits during production trials
Develop practical and realistic schedules for product launches
Investigate and review production processes, recommending improvements where required
Ensure all operating procedures and specifications for new products are accurate, accessible, and clearly writtenWhat you will need:
Proven experience in process development within food manufacturing
Strong understanding of scaling products from kitchen to factory
Knowledge of HACCP and compliance requirements
