Are you a Process or Production engineer with a background in electronics manufacturing? Do you have a solid understanding of electronic components and a passion for driving process excellence? If so, wed love to hear from you.

We're seeking a proactive and technically minded Process Engineer to support and optimise the process stages of PCB production. This is a hands on role focused on process stability, continuous improvement, and delivering high quality products to customer specifications.

What you'll be doing as a Process Engineer:

Develop, optimise, and maintain processes within stages of PCB manufacturing.Support New Product Introduction (NPI) with setup, trials, and validationLead improvement projects focused on yield, quality, cost reduction, and sustainabilityImplement lean manufacturing techniques including Kaizen, Six Sigma, and SPCTroubleshoot process issues and minimise downtimeConduct internal audits and ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001Collaborate with suppliers and cross–functional teams to drive performanceReview customer complaints and returns, applying root cause analysis and corrective actionsWhat you'll bring as a Process Engineer in this role:

Experience as a Process or Production Engineer in the electronics industryStrong understanding of electronic components and PCB build processAnalytical mindset with problem–solving and root cause analysis skillsFamiliarity with lean manufacturing, SPC, and process control techniquesWhat benefits you'll receive as a Process Engineer in this role:
