Description

Purchase and sales ledger processing

Processing invoices, POs and SOs

Effectively handling customer and supplier queries

Assisting with credit control

Bank and statement reconciliation

Ensuring a high level of accuracy and customer service

Liaising with internal teamsProfile

A successful Part-time Accounts Assistant should have:

Previous experience in a similar accounting or finance role, preferably in the industrial/manufacturing sector.

A strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Job Offer

Part-time role - 3 days per week (on-site)

£27,000 - £29,000 (full time equivalent)

32 holiday days inclusive of Bank Holidays (full time equivalent)
