Job Role:
Complete a variety of aspects such as picking, packing, loading and unloading.
AM2PM is recruiting Parcel Sorters for the Goods In department in the Warrington area for a prestigious retail client, which distributes its products nationally.
The role involves loading, unloading, moving irregular-shaped items with varied weights to the correct space, and moving pallets, cages, and stock to be distributed correctly in the warehouse. The role can also include restacking pallets and wrapping pallets with goods to ensure they can be transported safely within the warehouse.
7am - 7pm OR 7pm - 7am, 3 days on 3 days off. £12.70 per hour.
The Person:
As a parcel sorter, you need to be motivated and organised to stay on track and work towards the KPIs and targets for loading, unloading, and sorting parcels. The parcel sorter needs to be comfortable with completing physical work to manually handle and move items of different sizes and weights. Being comfortable and able to physically move filled and empty cages, lift, move and stack various bulk products including drinks, food items, hair products, furniture, etc.
