What You'll Be Doing:
Be the friendly voice at the other end of the line, helping customers with questions, concerns, or support needs

What You Bring to the Table:
Previous customer service experience (especially in phone-based or fast-paced roles)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A positive, can-do attitude and desire to help people
Comfort with a rotating shift pattern (we'll give you plenty of notice!)
