Job title: Paint Sprayer

Job location: Winsford, Cheshire

Hourly pay rate: 16.44 – 18.90 per hour. +Overtime

Shifts:

Days: Monday to Friday 07:30–16:30 (30 minute lunch break and early Friday finish)

Nights: Monday to Thursday, 19:45–06:00 (30 minute lunch break)

Hours per week: 40 hours plus overtime

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 6 months Temp to Perm

Role Summary:

You will be responsible for ensuring all commercial vehicles are prepped and sprayed, ensuring the highest standard of finish.

You will be painting both completed trailer bodywork plus fabricated chassis prior to bodywork and smaller piece part assemblies.

You must have previous experience of working with single and two pack paints, working to material manufacturer guidelines and be capable of producing high quality work.

Role Responsibilities:

Prepping trailer bodies and piece parts for spraying and ensuring all parts are to a high–quality standard

Be able to work individually and within a team to meet production targets

Following clear instructions from team members and senior colleagues

Adherence to health and safety rules and regulations

Maintaining production area housekeeping

Minimize waste by using/disposing of raw materials and consumable items efficiently

Always maintaining a safe working environment

Experience Required:

Paint spraying/prepping and finalizing experience ideally in commercial vehicle industry.

Consistently high standard of workmanship

Previous experience of working with single pack and two pack paint

Ability to ensure production target output and quality is maintained.
