Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Frome, who is actively looking to recruit a Packing Supervisor to join the team their growing team on a permanent basis

What you will be doing:

As the Packing Team Leader you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the picking, packing, and production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely completion of orders.

Supervise picking and packing activities to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfilment

Ensure that all products meet company standards for quality and safety, conducting regular inspections and audits.

Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and provide real-time feedback to ensure smooth operations.

Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring products are available for picking and packing according to demand.

What you will need to succeed:

Proven experience in a supervisory role within production, logistics, or a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Experience working in a FMCG manufacturing environment.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team to achieve operational targets

High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Familiarity with inventory management systems and logistics software is a plus.

What you will receive in return:

£28,000 to £32,000 per annum (DOE)

Monday to Friday 09.00AM to 17.00PM - 37.30 hours per week What you need to do next:
