Description
We're looking for a Machine Operator to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Lancing. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in production or manufacturing, who enjoys hands-on work and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
As a Machine Operator, your key responsibilities will include:
* Operating hydraulic presses safely and efficiently
* Loading and unloading items from heat treatment processes
* Performing routine maintenance on machinery
* Ensuring your work area is kept clean, safe, and organised
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in operating machinery - especially heavy or industrial equipment (preferred)
* Previous work in a production or manufacturing setting
* Ability to lift heavy equipment confidently
* Comfortable working on your feet throughout the day
This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Thursday 6:30am to 4:30pm based in Lancing. The salary is paying between £25,000 to £28,000 per annum (dependent on skills and experience).
