Description
We're delighted to be partnering with a leading name in the confectionery industry to recruit a passionate and experienced professional into their New Product Development team.
The role offers real variety and responsibility, from managing factory trials and experimenting with recipes, to supporting launches and collaborating with colleagues across different functions. You'll also have the chance to get involved in packaging innovation and supplier engagement, ensuring that every element of product development is delivered to the highest standard.
Our client is looking for someone with NPD experience within a manufacturing environment. Strong technical knowledge, an understanding of market trends and excellent organisational skills are all key. You'll need to be confident using tools like PowerPoint and Excel and equally comfortable presenting ideas and working closely with cross-functional teams.
