Must Haves:

Previous experience working permanent night shifts

A genuine commitment to working nights long-term

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Reliable and punctual approach to work

Excellent attention to detail

Comfortable working in a production or manufacturing environment

Team player with a strong work ethic

Desirable:

Previous Machine Operative or manufacturing experience

Interest in technical production or engineering processes

Experience operating machinery or production equipment

Hours:

Monday – Thursday: 7:00pm – 7:00am

48 hours per week

We're recruiting for a motivated and dependable Machine Operative to join a highly respected technical manufacturing company in Wetherby on a permanent night shift. This Machine Operative role is ideal for someone who is already accustomed to working nights and is looking for a stable, long-term career rather than a short-term opportunity.

As a Machine Operative, you'll complete a comprehensive training programme, learning specialist manufacturing techniques, operating machinery, supporting production processes, and working alongside an experienced team. Because of the investment involved in your training, we're specifically looking for applicants who know night shift suits their lifestyle and are committed to remaining on permanent nights.

This Machine Operative position is not suitable for someone wanting to "try" nights to see if they enjoy it. We need someone who already understands the demands of night working and is confident they're ready to build a long-term career on this shift.
