Salary: GBP13.21 per hour

Location: Louth

Type: Part Time (20 hours per week or Bank)

The Role Wellbeing Support Worker 20HPW or Bank

We are recruiting experienced Carers to join our Wellbeing Support Team. This role provides flexible, zero–hours work to support annual leave cover, sickness cover and increased client demand.

This position will be reviewed regularly and may lead to a permanent or full–time role as our client base grows.

You will support individuals in their own homes, promoting independence, choice, dignity, and emotional wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high–quality, person–centred care and support Assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and mobility support Promote emotional wellbeing, companionship, and independence Support medication in line with training and care plans Follow individualised care plans, risk assessments, and guidance Maintain accurate records and communicate concerns appropriately Uphold safeguarding, dignity, and confidentiality at all times Essential Requirements:

Previous experience in care is essential Home care / domiciliary experience preferred A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care Reliability, professionalism, and strong communication skills Ability to work independently in the community Right to work in the UK No sponsorship available for this role.

DBS Requirements

Transferable Enhanced DBS preferred. If a transferable DBS is not held, the applicant will be required to fund the cost of a new Enhanced DBS, which will be processed by James Signature Care. The DBS fee will be refunded upon successful completion of the probationary period.
