* Diagnose and repair faults quickly and effectively

* Support production operations when needed as part of a lean team

Skills & Experience Required

* Time-served engineering apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3, ONC, BTEC Level 3 or equivalent) – Essential

* Multi-skilled (mechanical and/or electrical) with FMCG/automation experience – Essential

* Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding skills

* Confident using Microsoft Office and CMMS software

* Strong communication and organisational abilities

* Health & Safety focused, with a continuous improvement mindset

* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations – Desirable

Shift Pattern & Benefits

* 4 on / 4 off continental shift pattern

* Days: 06:00–18:00 | Nights: 18:00–06:00

* 42 hours per week

* Starting Grade C8 pay rate, rising to Grade C9 after probation

* Company benefits including pension, paid holidays, and sick pay scheme
