Job Opportunity: Mechanical Assembler

Location: Farnborough, Hampshire (GU14)

Hours: Monday to Thursday - 7:30am to 4:30pm | Friday - 7:30am to 12:30pm

Salary: £13.71ph PAYE (holiday accrued) / £15ph (holiday paid)

What You'll Do:

Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies according to technical drawings and build instructions

Use a range of hand and power tools to complete mechanical builds

Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet required standards

Accurately complete documentation and follow work procedures

Work closely with engineers and other team members to resolve issues

Contribute to continuous improvement and safe working practices

Assist in the training and support of fellow operators where needed

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in mechanical assembly or precision manufacturing

Confident using tools such as spanners, torque wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions

Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of quality

A proactive, reliable, and adaptable team player

Understanding of health and safety procedures in a workshop environment
