Your new role

As Manufacturing Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading a team of skilled technicians and operators across a designated production area. You'll ensure that output targets are met while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. Key responsibilities include:

Coordinating daily production activities to meet delivery schedulesDriving continuous improvement initiatives across processes and workflowsMonitoring KPIs and implementing corrective actions where necessarySupporting training and development of team membersLiaising with engineering, quality, and planning departments to resolve issues and optimise performanceWhat you'll need to succeed

What you'll need to succeed: You'll be an experienced manufacturing professional with a background in high–precision or defence–related engineering environments. You'll have:

Proven supervisory experience in a production settingStrong understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvementExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to interpret technical drawings and specificationsA proactive, hands–on approach to problem–solvingWhat you'll get in return
