Job Type: Temp to Perm

Shifts (Double Days – Alternating Every 2 Weeks):

Early Shift:

Monday to Thursday: 5:50am – 2:00pm

Friday: 5:50am – 11:20am

Late Shift:

*

Monday to Thursday: 1:30pm – 10:00pm

*

Friday: 11:10am – 4:40pm

Key Responsibilities for Machine Operator

Operate as part of a production team to maintain smooth workflow

*

Learn and support the entire production process from start to finish

*

Assist with skilled tasks: soft turning, heat treating, grinding, milling, and polishing

*

Manufacture ball bearings for high-profile clients in the aviation industry (e.g., planes and helicopters)

*

Ensure precision and quality in all aspects of production

*

Follow detailed instructions and strict manufacturing policies

*

Maintain health and safety standards at all times
