Machine Operator

Description

Proactive Personnel are working an ever-growing manufacturing facility to recruit Machine Operatives for their site in Flint.

The successful candidate will receive:

* £28,224-£29,407 per annum

* 12 hour shifts, days and nights

* Permanent position / job security!

* Pension: 5% employee + 5% employer (rising to 7% in year 4 and 9% in year 5)

* Holidays: 23 days (rising with service) – plus 6-day breaks as part of shift pattern

* Life Assurance: 1x salary after 1 year, rising to 3x after 3 years

Role Details :

* Operating machinery, packing, palletising, loading lids and refilling materials (reel operation)

* Making sure materials are available and ready in line with production schedules

* Carrying out checks to ensure everything meets safety, quality, and spec standards

* Cleaning and inspecting machines and work areas, fixing or flagging any issues

Requirements:

* Previous machine operating experience within a manufacturing environment - ESSENTIAL

* Previous experience of working in a food production environment

* Experience of working within FMCG environment
