Description

The HR Advisor will play a pivotal role in supporting the Human Resources department by providing expert guidance and assistance on various HR functions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving industrial/manufacturing environment in Hinckley.

Description

Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.Support managers in handling employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance processes.Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure seamless integration of new hires.Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with GDPR regulations.Advise on performance management processes and support training initiatives.Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate salary and benefits administration.Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with business goals.Promote a positive workplace through effective communication and engagement initiatives.

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

Proven knowledge in a Human Resources role, ideally within industrial/manufacturing.Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.Problem–solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.Can commute to HinckleyJob Offer
