Job Purpose

As a Graduate Trainee Project Manager, you will work alongside experienced professionals to coordinate and deliver bespoke furniture projects for major hospitality clients. This hands–on role offers exceptional training, exposure to high–profile projects, and a clear pathway for career development within a respected, stable business.

Key Responsibilities

You will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of projects for prestigious hotel brands. Below are the key responsibilities:

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of bespoke furniture projects.Liaise with internal teams including sales, design, production, and logistics to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budgetAssist in preparing project documentation, timelines, and progress reports for both internal stakeholders and clientsMonitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and contribute to proactive problem–solvingCommunicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycleParticipate in site visits and client meetings to gain hands–on experience and understand client requirementsContribute ideas to improve project delivery processes and enhance customer experienceSupport senior project managers with administrative tasks and project coordination as needed About you

Recent graduate or early into your career since graduating.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact with clients and internal teamsHighly organised, detail–oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyProactive, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about building a career in project managementStrong problem–solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing prioritiesProficient in Microsoft Office;Passionate about delivering exceptional client service This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, gain project management experience, and contribute to exciting projects for leading global hospitality brands.
