£12.25 per hour + Enhanced Overtime Rate + Pay Increase Opportunities

Shifts: 7:30AM - 4:30PM Monday to Friday

We are currently recruiting for a General Labourer to join a busy and expanding manufacturing site in Ellesmere. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking stable, long-term employment in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

The General Labourer Role -

Assisting with the production of concrete products

Preparing moulds and pouring concrete, ensuring correct curing procedures are followed

Helping with the removal and finishing of concrete items

Performing quality checks to ensure products meet required standards

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace

Handling and moving materials and products manually or with equipment

Recording basic production data and completing simple paperwork

The Ideal Candidate -

Previous experience in general labour, manufacturing, or construction is beneficial

Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic

Able to follow instructions and meet production targets

Works well in a team and independently

Reliable, punctual, and safety-aware
