Description

My client are a rapidly expanding SME of ambient goods, with lots of exciting projects on the go including entering into new markets and launching trendy products.
Job responsibilities:
* Responsible for site compliance to relevant UK Food Safety standards, including BRC.
* Main point of contact for all customers, suppliers and technical queries.
* Maintain product specifications and keep supplier database up to date, approving and on-boarding new suppliers.
* Working closely with NPD team on technical aspects of product trials/launches.
* Maintain and improve QMS, organising technical documentation and keeping policies up to date with latest legislation.
Job Requirements:
* Experience working to BRC standards
* Full UK Driving License
* HACCP Level 3
* Minimum of 1 year experience in the UK Food Manufacturing Industry.
