FLT Driver

Description

We’re looking for a skilled FLT Driver to join a fast-moving team in Grimsby. You’ll be working in a busy warehouse environment where no two days are the same.

You’ll need a valid Counterbalance and Reach Truck licence, plus recent hands-on experience using both.

This is an immediate start, working Monday to Friday (7am - 3pm, 8am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm).

Key Responsibilities

* Operating Reach and Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently

* Loading and unloading vehicles

* Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch

* Stock replenishment and inventory control

* General warehouse duties to maintain a clean and safe working environment

* Following all health & safety guidelines

Requirements

* Valid Reach Truck and Counterbalance Forklift licenses

* Previous warehouse experience

* Good communication and teamwork skills

* Flexibility to work on rotating shifts

* Punctual, reliable, and physically fit for manual handling
