FLT Driver Multiple Needs

Location: Desford

Salary: Initially GBP39,268, rising to GBP45,869 after 3 months

Shifts: 4 on 4 off days and nights

This well–established company in the Leicestershire area is seeking multiple FLT Drivers due to increased business demand. They are looking for motivated and reliable individuals who are eager to learn. Key Responsibilities:

Operate FLT safely and in accordance with training and company proceduresLoad and unload vehicles with correct, high–quality product as per loading ticketsCheck packaging and load safety; report or repair any damaged or sub–standard packsMaintain accurate records including picking slips, load traceability, and lot numbersSupport production operations when not carrying out FLT dutiesOffload deliveries and move materials to correct storage areasKeep the yard area clean, tidy, and free from hazards at all timesPerform daily FLT and safety checks; report defects immediatelyFollow LOTOTO, SOPs, and all health & safety procedures at all timesContribute to shift handovers and collaborate effectively with team members Candidate Requirements:

Valid FLT license (Counterbalance or equivalent) Refresher course provided if necessaryManufacturing, construction, or warehouse experience preferredStrong awareness of safety procedures and hazard preventionWillingness to assist with general production tasks as neededGood communication and teamwork skillsPhysically fit and capable of manual handlingAble to pass a drugs and alcohol test Benefits:
