Location – Lancashire

Hours – Continental shifts, Monday to Friday, covering both days and nights (6.45am–7pm / 6.45pm –7am). Week 1 circa 45 hours and week 2 circa 33.75 hours

Key Responsibilities:

Operating both manual and semi–automatic machines, including 4–colour stack presses and an 8–colour CI pressMonitoring machinery output to meet and exceed production targetsIdentifying and resolving print issuesConducting shift handovers to ensure smooth production transitions, including briefing the next shift and checking machineryOptimising changeovers while maintaining health, safety, and quality standardsMounting print plates and colour matching as neededFollowing lean manufacturing practices, including SMED and 5S principlesMaintaining a clean, safe work environment by addressing spills immediately and promoting safety

Candidate Requirements:

Preferably have experience of Flexographic Printer, specifically Carrera/ Uteco Stack Presses and 8 colour Windmoller Astraflex. However, if you don't have this they would consider someone with basic Print Room knowledge.Must have experience in printNVQ in Print (desirable but not essential)High attention to detail and meticulous approachAble to work independently and thrive in a fast–paced environmentStrong problem–solving skillsBasic computer skillsExcellent time–keeping and attendance
