Job Overview:

Oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing plant, ensuring that production schedules are met, and quality standards are maintained. Monitor production processes and implement cost–effective strategies. Maintaining a safe working environment, managing staff, and continuously improving production efficiency. This position is crucial for the smooth operation and profitability of the plant.

Specific Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Oversee daily factory operations and production processes. Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations. Coordinate with different departments to streamline production. Manage factory staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Implement cost–effective production strategies. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment. Develop and enforce factory policies and procedures. Resolve and issues or conflicts that arise within the factory. Maintain accurate production records and reports. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials. Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with environmental and health regulations. Provide leadership and direction to improve overall factory performance. Undertake development of both shift leaders. Personal Profile:

Proven experience in a busy manufacturing factory environment, with strong knowledge of daily production, workflow, machinery, materials, and shop–floor priorities. Demonstrable experience supervising factory teams to meet production schedules while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards. Confident monitoring production processes, resolving issues quickly, reducing downtime, and keeping operations running smoothly. Strong understanding of factory health and safety, housekeeping, equipment care, inspections, and compliance with company procedures. Experienced in training, motivating, and managing production staff to improve performance, teamwork, and accountability. Quality–focused, with experience maintaining accurate records, checking product standards, and supporting continuous improvement across factory operations. What we offer:
