Factory Supervisor

We are currently looking for a factory supervisor based in the Worsley area.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well–established and innovative natural food and drink producer. With a strong reputation for organic and ethical products, the company manufactures its own brands in a fully certified, UK–based factory, supplying delicious meals, drinks, and condiments to a growing market.

This role would suit an experienced and hands–on individual with a background in food or drink manufacturing, particularly in bottling and canning. Ideal for someone looking to step up into a supervisory role or bring their leadership skills to a dynamic and ethical production environment. A strong work ethic and team–focused mindset are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day–to–day operations of the bottling and canning lineSupervise and coordinate a team of 10–12 factory operativesEnsure health & safety and food hygiene standards are strictly maintainedMonitor production schedules and meet daily output targetsReport to senior management on performance and process improvementsBenefits
