About The Job:

As an Electrical PAT Testing Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and functionality of both in-house and customer equipment. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting thorough inspections, testing, and maintenance of hire stock electrical distribution units and equipment.

Keeping accurate records and adhering to schedules to maintain equipment readiness.

Ensuring compliance with company Health & Safety standards.

Maintaining and repairing a variety of equipment including Audio, Lighting, Power Distribution, and Rigging systems.

Assisting in new-build equipment projects to drive innovation.Key Responsibilities:

Perform inspections and testing in accordance with established systems.

Maintain detailed records of work conducted.

Collaborate with team members while also being capable of working independently.

Manage your workload efficiently and meet tight deadlines.Personal Skills:

The ideal candidate will possess:

18th Edition Qualified Electrician certification.

City & Guilds qualification in Inspection & Testing (e.g., 2391, 2392, 2394, 2395).

City & Guilds 2377 qualification in PAT testing.

Experience with Portable Appliance Testing and a strong understanding of 3-phase systems.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A valid UK driving licence and computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

A keen eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.This is a permanent full-time role working Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5:30 pm, with occasional requirements for overtime.
