We re looking for a talented Electro–Mechanical Assembler to join our fast–paced production team in Farnborough. This is your chance to work on high–spec, precision components in a clean, modern workshop where your craftsmanship truly matters.

What You'll Be Doing:

Assemble complex electro–mechanical subassemblies and finished units Perform soldering (leaded and lead–free), wiring, crimping, and cable routing Fit and build mechanical components using hand and power tools Inspect and test assemblies using electrical and mechanical test equipment Follow technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and build instructions Handle ESD–sensitive devices and maintain safety standards What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in electro–mechanical assembly Strong hand–soldering skills (IPC–A–610 or J–STD–001 certification is a bonus!) Confident reading and interpreting engineering drawings and wiring schematics Skilled in wiring, crimping, cable prep, and mechanical build Quality–focused with excellent attention to detail Why This Role?
