Electrical Assembly Operative - Join Our Growing Team!
Location: Cramlington
Salary: £25,000 + shift allowance
Hours: 37.5, Monday to Friday 6-2, 2-11pm
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Are you a hands-on individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for electrical components? We're looking for an Electrical Assembly Operative to join our dynamic team and help us deliver high-quality products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble electrical components and systems according to technical drawings and specifications
Perform wiring, soldering, and testing of assemblies
Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with standards
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in electrical assembly or a similar role (preferred but not essential)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
Strong work ethic and reliability
Willingness to learn and adapt
