D365FO Support Analyst – Yorkshire – 55K

Nigel Frank have been retained be a Yorkshire based organisation currently expanding their internal IT capability and looking to bring in a D365FO Support Analyst. This hire will play a key role in the upcoming projects. You'll also contribute to ongoing efforts to streamline processes, boost automation, and strengthen adoption across multiple departments.

This position offers a unique pathway for candidates working in support roles looking to transition into Application Management. The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to work in–office 3–4 days a week and have experience supporting Dynamics AX/365.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

Handle second and third–line queries across a portfolio of business–critical applications (Dynamics AX/365, BI tools etc)Play a central role in Dynamics AX/365 and application–based project work, managing specific deliverables.Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, offering support and insight to both technical and non–technical teamsSupport regular software roll outs and participate in system enhancement cyclesTrain and guide end–users during process changes or software deploymentsKey Experience & Skills:

Solid hands–on experience with Dynamics AX/365Familiarity with hybrid, cloud, and on–premise systems architecturePrior experience supporting enterprise–level business applicationsExposure to Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Automate is highly desirableExcellent communication skills, able to work across departments including close collaboration with FinanceComfortable liaising with third–party vendors for support and implementationDemonstrated experience in system performance tuning, patching, and ongoing support If you are interested in this position please send your CV to (url removed) or call me +(phone number removed) to discuss this role in further detail.
