CNC Mill Turner – Setter, Operator, Programmer

Internal Notes: Mazak multi–axis mill turn, Mazak Integrex i100ST, Mazatrol, Fusion offline programming. 18– 21 p/h

Shift: 7:45–4 30 on fri 1.5 x time and a half. private healthcare if wanted, dental, optical.

Our client is a leading precision engineering company supporting a wide range of industries. With a modern, high–tech workshop and a reputation for innovation and quality, they are looking to expand their team with a skilled CNC Mill Turner who can programme, set, and operate multi–axis Mazak Integrex machines.

Key Responsibilities:

Set, operate, and programme Mazak Integrex machines using Mazatrol controls

Produce high–precision, complex components from a variety of materials

Interpret and work from engineering drawings and technical documentation

Carry out first–off and in–process inspections to ensure quality

Support continuous improvement and process optimisation within the machining department

Ensure all work meets customer specifications and internal quality standards

Programming:

Confident in programming at the machine using Mazatrol

Experience with, or willingness to learn, Fusion 360 for offline CAM programming

Capable of working independently to create or edit programs to improve efficiency

Requirements:

Proven experience as a CNC Mill Turner (setting, operating, programming)

Strong knowledge of Mazak Integrex machines and Mazatrol controls

Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings

Comfortable working in a high–mix, low–volume environment with tight tolerances

A proactive mindset with a commitment to producing quality work

Desirable:

Experience using Fusion 360.

Background in producing components for high–spec industries

Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices
