Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items for various events and functions.

Set up and dismantle catering equipment, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.

Provide excellent guest services by attending to the needs of clients and event attendees.

Support bartending activities as required, ensuring that beverages are served efficiently.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items to events.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of catering areas before, during, and after events.

Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of food supplies and equipment.Qualifications

Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not essential.

Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.

Strong culinary skills with the ability to assist in food preparation tasks.

Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour towards guests and team members.

Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
