Blow Moulding Machine Operator Birkenhead Full Time Alternating shifts: 06 00 or 14 00, Monday to Friday GBP30,000–GBP35,000 per annum

Our client is a privately–owned company specialising in the production and supply of household laundry and cleaning products. They supply several national and international customers with their own brand of laundry and cleaning products.

They have laboratory, blending, and packing facilities at their Birkenhead premises to produce their household, laundry, and cleaning products. They develop, scale up, and produce all their formulations in–house.

They develop their own formulations for products to match briefs from their customers; these are blended and packaged at their manufacturing facilities in Birkenhead.

They are looking for a full–time Blow Moulding Machine Operator to join their expanding technical team.

Previous experience operating stretch blow moulding machineryUnderstanding of mechanical concepts and a willingness to develop technical skillsFLT licence preferred What will your role look like?

Set up, operate, and monitor Two–Stage Stretch Blow Mould Machines (SMI rotatory type)Perform mould changeovers and install accessories as neededConduct routine quality checks and basic maintenanceManage preform process parameters and coordinate with the Operations ManagerRecord machine parameters, maintenance activities, and production outputsIdentify and resolve machine malfunctions or product defectsFollow strict health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment What can you expect in return?
