The Role

Reporting into the Farm Operations Manager, you'll assist the Production Manager in overseeing the seasonal packhouse operation for raspberries and blueberries. While the packhouse runs May to November, during the off–season you'll be involved in prepping the facility and planning for the next year's production.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and supporting a team of 10 operators, 3 end–of–line coordinators, and 3 QCs (including a Head QC)

Ensuring KPIs and retailer deadlines are met

Planning labour efficiently during peak harvest

Supporting BRC audits and compliance requirements

Assisting with both the technical and operational side of packhouse processes

Working with Marco detection systems and line manufacturers (training provided)

About you

Experience managing teams in packhouse, harvest, or fresh produce environments

Knowledge of soft fruit, growing, or harvesting is highly desirable

BRC audit exposure

Ideally already in a Packhouse Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor role in fruit or fresh produce

Strong communicator and hands–on leadership style
